 frame on VS frame off

as we all know we hear both terms. MOST mopars and allot of Fords cannot be frame off due to their unibody construction. my thoughts are buy a good quality roll over machine for your car. I use Auto-twirler I am in their books on how to use them and they are the strongest I have ever seen. remember not only can you dump your car but if your under it your gone also.
